Unfortunately, we do not allow rescheduling once the booking is confirmed. Your shoot is scheduled for the week of November 10th and cannot be changed.
All products, props, and any other necessary items for the shoot must be received by November 8th. This ensures we have enough time to prepare and style your content properly. If items are not received by the deadline, it may affect the final outcome of the shoot. You will receive our mailing address by email after purchasing a content shoot.
You will receive your professionally edited photos and raw video clips by November 20th, 10 business days after the shoot.
All photos and videos will be delivered via a secure online gallery, where you can download them directly.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and Venmo. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your shoot date.
If you need your content faster, we do offer expedited editing for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
All payments are non-refundable after November 1st. If you cancel before November 1st, you are eligible for a refund. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
