#REALTALK: Your small-to-medium-sized business isn’t gonna have the same social presence as a Fortune 500 company. 😳


Oop. There, I said it.


Really, though — it’s unrealistic to think your on-staff social media manager, or even a content strategist/social media manager you outsource, will be able to produce the same caliber of a social media presence as companies like Target or DuoLingo or Coors.


For one, these places have ENTIRE FLOORS dedicated to content creation alone for social.


Two, Fortune 500 budgets for social media alone can be more than what some small biz do in revenue every year…


And three, you AREN’T a Fortune 500. You’ve got that small-to-medium-size business charm, my friend. Embrace it! Own it! Love it!


And for the love of Glob, remember that at the end of the day, your social posts aren’t saving lives. 🙃
